¡§Songlines are invisible pathways connecting
places, communities, cities, hopes, love stories,
friendships. They are made of songs that are
handed on down, sometimes for many generations.
With this dreamproject we would like to
invite each listener to decide upon and then follow
his or her own roadmap (even randomly)
and let these stretches of song inspire and
evoke a city or any other destination, a favorite
one, a real one or one made up. The four of us
have directed our inspiration towards a choice of
cities we have known during our travels. Nevertheless,
tomorrow the names of these cities may
change or interchange with other ones while the
melodies linger on. Have a safe journey by boat,
by plane, by taxi or by train, by wish, by dream,
on a cloud or on a stream.¡¨
